Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Monitors and maintains the sales floor operations and the technology necessary to do so. Successfully handles customer/employee relations. This role requires a positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork to create a friendly atmosphere and provide excellent customer service. The manager will train employees, ensure store cleanliness, order merchandise, and manage cash accountability. They will also be involved in recruiting, interviewing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The position involves supervisory responsibilities including instructing, assigning work, reviewing work, planning the work of others, maintaining standards, allocating personnel, and coordinating activities. The manager has the authority to recommend and approve employee transfers, promotions, discipline, discharge, and salary adjustments.
