About The Position

ABM Industries is seeking an Analyst to join its SEC Reporting & Technical
Accounting team within Corporate Finance. This role offers a strong foundation
for someone looking to build experience in SEC reporting and Technical
Accounting at a well-established and publicly traded Fortune 500 company. As
part of ABM’s SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting team, you’ll be directly
involved in the preparation of quarterly and annual filings, including Forms
10-Q and 10-K, and support accounting research for a variety of technical topics
and transactions. The position provides meaningful exposure to public company
reporting requirements, cross-functional collaboration across all facets of the
Finance organization, and the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of how
an established organization navigates complex accounting and regulatory

The SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Analyst will be responsible for
assisting in ensuring regulatory compliance with SEC reporting requirements,
adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, as well as any other newly
emerging FASB and regulatory requirements.
