Job Description: Responsible for driving automation and AI reporting solutions supporting the greater SEC perpetual finance transformation initiatives Responsible for integration with the perpetual finance accounting teams and assisting in the preparation of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other financial reporting matters pertaining to certain Blackstone flagship perpetual funds. Ensure the financial results are appropriately recorded in the fund’s financial statements and SEC filings including all required financial disclosures and footnotes Manage business relationships and ongoing communications with internal and external auditors Positively contribute to the greater SEC perpetual finance team-based culture Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects Execute team’s strategic plan, focused heavily on finance transformation.

Requirements

• BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA license is required
• 4+ years of public or mixed public/private accounting experience
• Experience with AI automation, Workiva, and/or other technology focused reporting solutions
• Experience with SEC reporting and public company disclosure, reporting and auditing technical knowledge (GAAP, SEC, PCAOB, GAAS) is required.
• Demonstrates initiative and an eagerness to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and strong time management skills
• Detail oriented and possess strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving automation and AI reporting solutions supporting the greater SEC perpetual finance transformation initiatives
