The SEC Accountant is an individual contributor who supports the organization’s SEC reporting and external financial disclosure requirements, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of filings submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This role plays a critical part in the preparation and review of the Company’s quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) reports, proxy statements (DEF 14A), earnings releases, and other SEC filings, in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Working at the intersection of financial reporting, technical accounting, and cross-functional collaboration, the SEC Accountant partners closely with the Director of SEC Reporting and other stakeholders to gather, validate, and present financial information for public disclosure. The role requires strong attention to detail, a working knowledge of SEC filing requirements and U.S. GAAP, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. This position is based in the United States and may offer a hybrid or remote work arrangement. Occasional travel may be required.
