The Seating Specialist supports internal and external customer seating product inquiries. Accountable for being the seating knowledge leader, this person works closely with product management, customer care, engineering, production, system setup and specification teams to find answers to customer inquiries. Accountable for maintaining and updating sales tools and documentation and ensuring alignment of our systems. The primary goals are to be an information resource for seating inquiries, manage, store and organize seating information for ease of recall, reporting and sharing, and consolidate information and coordinate details and responses for warranty claims.
