About The Position
It is the Buffet Server’s responsibility to create an enjoyable dining experience that far exceeds the guest’s expectations. The Buffet Servers goal is to provide the guest with positive, prompt, professional, friendly service to generate repeat business. Buffet Servers are expected to give the highest quality service possible. Position requires working in a fast-paced exciting environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
- Customer service skills and experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a positive, professional attitude within one minute of their arrival to table
- Service guests by taking drink orders, delivering beverage items to guest’s tables and pre-bussing tables in a timely fashion
- Keep guests’ dining tables well maintained at all times; check back, refills, pre-bus etc.
- Perform all side work duties, which may include opening, on-going, and closing duties
