About The Position
The Yard Crew's responsibility is to perform the duties below on a regular basis and meet customer satisfaction standards as well as company performance and safety requirements. This is a seasonal position October 1 - November 15 with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. This position requires the team member to work 5 days per week and 8 hours per day.
Requirements
- Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude
- High school diploma required
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
- Must be able to complete assigned work in an efficient and timely manner
- Strong work ethic and personal commitment
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and company goals
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the performance of jobs related to maintenance and repair is preferred
Responsibilities
- Powerwashing bottom of boats
- Moving boat blocks and stands
- Moving and launching boats, checking and safely securing boats moored at the docks
- Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills and abilities
- Perform other duties as assigned or apparent
