About The Position

This position is responsible for grounds and basic warehouse help. The position performs routine duties independently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Work is performed outdoors in all kinds of weather. Steel toe shoes and PPE are required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 pounds occasionally (less than 33% of the time or 1-100 times per day)
• Ability to lift 13 pounds constantly (67%-100% of the time or over 500 times a day)
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive as required throughout the day.
• Ability to work in the heat
• Willingness to work in all kinds of weather

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience using motorized lawn tractors, and trimmers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for outside yard (grounds) upkeep; including mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
• Responsible for proper disposal of waste and trash.
• Assist Used Parts in storage and warehousing of used parts as needed.
