Seasonal & Work Camper Team Members
About The Position
Jellystone Park™ Pigeon Forge is hiring friendly, dependable team members to support our busy campground season. We are seeking candidates for Recreation, Housekeeping, Front Desk, and possible Maintenance/Grounds support. The ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and guest-focused, available weekends, holidays, and peak business periods, comfortable working in a family campground environment, and flexible and willing to assist across departments. Previous campground, hospitality, housekeeping, recreation, front desk, or maintenance experience is preferred. Limited work camper sites are currently available, with the possibility of another site opening soon. Work camper couples and longer-term candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused
- Available weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
- Comfortable working in a family campground environment
- Flexible and willing to assist across departments
- Availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred for Recreation Support Staff
- Afternoon and evening availability needed for Housekeeping Team Members
- Availability Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays for Front Desk Guest Services
- Apply with your availability, preferred department, relevant experience, and whether you are applying as a work camper.
Nice To Haves
- Previous campground, hospitality, housekeeping, recreation, front desk, or maintenance experience preferred
- Full-time hours may be available for Housekeeping candidates willing to assist with Recreation
- One full-time position or two part-time positions may be considered for Front Desk Guest Services
- Experienced Recreation Supervisor
- Previous recreation, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred for Recreation Supervisor
- Part-time Maintenance/Grounds Support may be considered for the right candidate
- Work camper site may be available for qualified Recreation Supervisor candidates
- Work camper couples and longer-term candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Support busy campground season
- Activities, crafts, games, events, setup, cleanup, and guest interaction (Recreation)
- Cleaning cabins, bathhouses, common areas, laundry support, and restocking supplies (Housekeeping)
- Check-ins, check-outs, reservations, phone support, and guest service (Front Desk)
- Plan and lead guest activities and family programming (Recreation Supervisor)
- Groundskeeping, light maintenance, trash removal, site cleanup, and general property support (Maintenance/Grounds)
