About The Position

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring seasonal warehouse employees for its Fall Peak Hiring Season 2026. Hiring may include General Warehouse Laborers, Machine Operators, Loaders/Finishers, and Quality Auditors. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. The work takes place in a fast-paced distribution center environment supporting the company’s supply chain. Employees must be flexible to work alternate shifts during high-volume peak season and based on business needs. Sample schedules include weekday day shifts and evening shifts, as well as Sunday–Wednesday or Tuesday–Friday schedules. The warehouse has no climate control.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High level of problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for working on a team.
• Flexibility to work alternate shifts during high-volume/peak season and based on business needs.
• Commitment to a safe workplace.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and, in some cases, walk up and down stairs throughout the shift.
• For Machine Operators only: ability to identify thread color and thread needles on machines.
