About The Position

Seasonal Warehouse Packers play a key role in keeping our customers happy by ensuring their orders arrive accurately and on time. This role involves close collaboration with year-round Warehouse Packers on picking and packing, while maintaining a high level of quality and care. It is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. This is a full-time, seasonal position during the company's busiest season, from mid-September through mid-December. Core business hours are approximately 8 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday, with potential variations based on business levels. The ideal start date is Monday, September 28, with the position expected to continue until December 18, 2026, though the end date is variable.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Understand that most issues can be fixed by proactive communication
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand, bend and reach over head
Comfortable handling scented products (i.e. coffee, soap, candles, cleaning products)

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products from storage locations, ensuring the correct quantity and items are selected.
Collaborate with the Fulfillment and Inventory teams to ensure orders are properly packaged and ready for shipment.
Assist in quality control and inventory management, as needed.
