About The Position

Join our team at the Atkinson Production Facility this upcoming harvest season! We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals to support our warehouse operations by safely operating forklifts and moving product throughout the facility. Whether you have previous forklift experience or are interested in learning, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed. Starting Rate: $17.00/hour

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime during harvest.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move seed corn throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, receive, and organize seed inventory.
• Stage products for shipping and production.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform inventory movement while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Work effectively as part of a team to support harvest operations.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance throughout the harvest season.
