Seasonal Warehouse Associate | Mid Shift
About The Position
RJ Schinner is a growing company with a long history, operating 20 distribution centers across the U.S. and employing over 600 people. They specialize in supplying distributors with essential items like paper goods, foodservice packaging, and cleaning supplies. The company is recognized for its success and growth, but emphasizes the importance of its people and fostering a team environment that values hard work, success, and growth. This role is for a Seasonal Warehouse Associate during the peak summer season, working a mid-shift from Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, or until completion. The associate will support the Receiving Team in unloading trailers and containers and will be responsible for general warehouse upkeep.
Requirements
- Able to follow all safety protocols
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to lift to 50-75 lbs. frequently
- Comfortable with exposure to environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust)
Responsibilities
- Unloads 1-2 container and trailer floor loads daily
- Receives and transports products to appropriate locations
- Uses RF scanners
- Maintains warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
