About The Position

The American Girl Distribution Center in DeForest, Wisconsin is seeking Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support operations during our peak business season from October through December. This is a temporary seasonal position designed to provide additional staffing support during the holiday fulfillment period. Employment in this role is intended to last through the seasonal business need and does not guarantee ongoing or regular employment beyond the seasonal assignment period. Seasonal Warehouse Associates support warehouse fulfillment operations in a fast-paced, automated distribution environment. Associates perform a variety of warehouse functions and are expected to learn and become proficient in all aspects of the fulfillment process while maintaining established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Successful candidates are dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and respond to changing business needs and operational priorities. The regular schedule for this position is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; however, work hours are subject to change based on business needs, and occasional weekend shifts may be required during the peak season.

Requirements

Must be available to work the full seasonal assignment period, approximately October through December, including schedule changes and occasional weekend shifts as business needs require.
Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and/or walk on concrete floors for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
Ability to perform continuous pulling, pushing, grasping, bending, and reaching activities.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes.
Ability and willingness to rotate among all warehouse positions, including unloading trailers and semi-trailers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing operational and scheduling needs.
Reliable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
