About The Position

Support the Mattel Toy Store by ensuring merchandise is accurately received, organized, and replenished so the sales floor remains fully stocked and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. While warehouse operations are the primary responsibility, all team members are expected to provide outstanding hospitality to our guests during store operating hours. Must be able to work a minimum 3 days per week including Saturday.

Requirements

Must be able to work at least 3 days per week, including Saturday. Saturday shifts are mandatory.
Ability to safely lift, move, and transport merchandise throughout the workday.
Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and follow all safety procedures.
Highly self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Dependable and responsible with an excellent attendance record.

Experience with receiving, stocking, warehouse operations, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
Verify shipment accuracy by counting and inspecting merchandise against receiving documentation.
Prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with Mattel Toy Store merchandising standards.
Replenish merchandise to maintain a fully stocked sales floor throughout the day.
Organize, locate, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations for efficient retrieval.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
Identify merchandise requiring overlabeling and complete the process according to company standards.
Assist with product transfers, inventory movement, and staging merchandise for store operations.
Operate pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company safety procedures.
Partner with store associates to ensure products are available when guests need them.
Respond quickly to replenishment requests and support sales floor operations.
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner during store operating hours.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
