About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Assistant supports our Warehouse Operations, helping process merchandise while maintaining Pandora’s high standards of quality and care. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Basic math skills and comfort working with inventory or tracking systems
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical tasks safely
• Availability to work Saturday shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process returned or incoming merchandise in a warehouse environment
• Inspect products for condition, accuracy, and quality based on established guidelines
• Prepare items for resale, storage, or next processing stage, including cleaning and labeling
• Perform basic data entry and tracking to ensure accurate inventory records
• Support inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping standards
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing, sorting, and material handling
• Participate in special projects and peak-volume support as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
