- No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.
Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
