About The Position

Join Ag Partners as a Seasonal Truck Driver and support spring operations by driving a semi or straight truck to deliver products to the field. The busy fall season usually runs from September to mid-November. Hours can be flexible, and the role may involve extended hours during the busy season. The starting pay range is $21.00 to $22.50 per hour with a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), depending on job-related skills and experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a valid DOT health card.
• Must pass a preemployment drug test.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work extended hours during the busy season is preferred.
• Repetitive heavy lifting of 55 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• A seasonal (180 day) CDL may be sufficient in certain circumstances.
• Basic product knowledge to identify and load products correctly.
• Tanker and/or HazMat endorsements to haul certain products.

Responsibilities

• Drive a semi or straight truck to deliver products to the field.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
• Handle repetitive lifting of loads weighing up to 55 pounds.
