Requirements

• Entry level
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
• Ability to use common hand tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Work closely with an assigned mentor throughout the summer
• Assist in building sub-assemblies from electrical schematics or cable drawings
• Assist in machine assembly including mechanical erection of system structure and safety fencing
• Route electrical cables and hoses throughout a system build
• Assist in providing the following system troubleshooting needs: wiring, PLC, HMI, robot logic/path programming, networking
• Work collaboratively with design engineers and project managers throughout the process of a system build
