About The Position

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. You may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and support behind-the-scenes work. You’ll collaborate with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Take ownership and show initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Greet, engage, and assist customers, offering personalized service and a welcoming environment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally, promptly, and with care.
Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and other resources, accept feedback, and continue building skills and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the assigned area.
