About The Position

Seasonal team members support store operations and help deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. They assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and support behind-the-scenes tasks to create a positive shopping experience, meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and encourage repeat business. Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and to lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Greet, engage, and assist customers, providing personalized service and a welcoming shopping environment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, apply feedback, and continuously build skills and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive store culture.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols; support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
