About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Seasonal Team Members to join their team for the summer season. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient in the bakery, setting the brand apart with their personalities and the bagels. The role involves ensuring every guest feels welcomed, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience, and taking pride in providing excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The company emphasizes a commitment to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
