About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Seasonal Team Members to join their team for the summer season. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient in the bakery, with their personalities setting the brand apart. They are responsible for making guests feel welcomed, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role is ideal for individuals who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. The stores close at 2 PM, ensuring a commitment to work-life balance.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years or older.
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
