About The Position

As a Seasonal Team Member, you’ll help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. You may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, or support behind-the-scenes work. You’ll collaborate with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and encourage repeat business. The role includes sales, customer support, fragrances, store fulfillment, and other store functions. Team members are expected to contribute to a welcoming store environment, maintain merchandise and selling-area standards, and follow safety and asset-protection procedures. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Take ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, and respond to feedback to build skills and improve performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
