About The Position
Bruegger's Bagels is looking for Seasonal Team Members to join their bakery team for the summer season. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient in the bakery, setting the brand apart with their personalities and creating a positive guest experience. They are responsible for making guests feel welcomed, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy making people's mornings better and are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. The stores close by 2 PM, ensuring a good work-life balance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
