About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Seasonal Team Members to join their bakery team for the summer season. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient to the bakery's success, responsible for creating a positive guest experience and promoting the brand. They ensure guests feel welcomed, maintain food and beverage quality, and keep the store environment safe and clean. The role offers a chance to make people's mornings better and potentially transition to a permanent position.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
