About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is looking for Seasonal Team Members to join their team for the summer season. Team Members are the secret ingredient in the bakery, setting the brand apart with their personalities and commitment to creating a positive guest experience. The role involves making guests feel welcomed, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The stores close at 2 PM, ensuring a good work-life balance for employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
