About The Position

Seasonal team members help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to provide a positive shopping experience. They may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and support behind-the-scenes activities. Team members work together to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and encourage repeat business. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service and a welcoming shopping environment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally, promptly, and with care.
Support store operations, including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources and incorporate feedback to build skills and improve performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information and enhance service.
Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive store culture and team achievements.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols, supporting shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk minimization in the assigned area.
