About The Position

Seasonal team members help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to provide a positive shopping experience. They may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and support behind-the-scenes activities. Team members work together to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. The employer is hiring full-time, part-time, and flex positions across areas including Sales, Support, Fragrances, and Store Fulfillment.

Excellent communication skills.
Comfort using technology, including smartphones, tablet computers, and Windows-based operating systems.
Availability for a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to regularly move throughout all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Take ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Greet, engage, and assist customers, providing a welcoming environment and personalized service.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally, promptly, and with care.
Support store operations, including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, and incorporate feedback to build skills and improve performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
