About The Position

Seasonal Tax Preparer opportunity within one of the largest retailers, Walmart, at Jackson Hewitt. This role offers the chance to tap into a vast customer base, handle a larger book of business, and potentially earn higher compensation. The ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and enjoys connecting with clients in a high-energy environment. You will work within a Walmart kiosk location, assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews, answer questions from walk-ins, and proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees. Basic computer skills are required, and you will receive support from exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins

• Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
