Responsibilities
- Proactively chat with Walmart shoppers and team members to spread the word about what we do.
- Sit down one-on-one with clients to walk them through their taxes and answer questions from curious walk-ins.
- Master our easy-to-learn tax preparation training and keep a mindset that's always ready to learn.
- Use basic computer skills to navigate our systems in a fun, fast-paced retail environment.
