Responsibilities

• Proactively speak with Walmart shoppers and team members to promote Jackson Hewitt's services.
• Meet one-on-one with clients to help them with their taxes and answer questions from walk-in customers.
• Complete tax preparation training and continue learning.
• Use computer skills to navigate the company's systems.
