About The Position

LocalTopia and The Wicked Loon are looking for a Seasonal Sushi Lead to help execute and guide a sushi offering that is clean, consistent, and worth coming back for. This is not a broad sushi menu trying to do everything. We're focused on a tighter offering - roughly 6 to 10 rolls and sushi experiences - with an emphasis on doing what we do very well . Think strong maki roll execution , clean prep, sharp presentation, and a few plated touches that fit each concept. This role supports: LocalTopia – a fast-paced QSR environment The Wicked Loon – upscale waterfront full-service dining That means we need someone who can help maintain quality and consistency across both volume sushi and plated sushi service.

Requirements

• sushi experience strongly preferred
• strong knife skills and attention to detail
• clean, organized work habits
• ability to balance speed with presentation
• comfort working in both fast-paced and full-service environments

Nice To Haves

• strong line cooks with transferable skills may also be considered
