About The Position

The Wicked Loon is an upscale waterfront restaurant on Lake Winnipesaukee known for fresh coastal food, handmade cocktails, and a guest experience that feels polished, lively, and genuinely fun. We're elevated, but never stuffy. Professional, but never robotic. We care about great service, great food, and creating the kind of atmosphere people want to come back to. We're looking for Servers who can bring confidence, personality, and real hospitality to the floor. People who know how to read a table, keep their pace, stay sharp when it gets busy, and make guests feel taken care of without making it feel forced. If you know how to keep service smooth, polished, and full of energy, you'll fit right in. You'll help create the kind of experience guests remember for the right reasons. That means: greeting guests with warmth and confidence guiding them through food and drink with genuine enthusiasm staying calm, organized, and on point during busy shifts working closely with the bar, kitchen, and support team keeping service polished without ever feeling stiff creating a dining experience that feels fun, smooth, and dialed in
