About The Position

This role is responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, including checking garment accuracy, transferring orders, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. The position may involve quality checking, order printing, and other duties as business needs require. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical equipment, chemicals, and noise, with requirements for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for color management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage time effectively

  • Good oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with a variety of people at various technical and management levels
  • Constantly reaching with hands and arms
  • Constantly using hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects and computer keyboards
  • Constantly walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching or crawling, squatting, turning/twisting, reaching and talking, hearing, and smelling
  • Constantly lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds
  • Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 60 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

  • Checking garments for pick accuracy and transferring orders to the proper manufacturing area.
  • Operating multiple pieces of specialized equipment in a controlled environment.
  • Quality checking garments or logos, order printing, or other assigned areas.
  • Checking pick bins against the order to ensure correct garment or logo picking.
  • Moving bins to heat seal, ship-only, or embroidery and organizing by recipe or logo style.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading trucks, pallets, carts, and bins.
  • Monitoring printers for jams, paper outages, or other faults.
  • Organizing orders based on zone or racking bay.
  • Keeping aisles, staging areas, and workspaces clear and organized.
  • Ensuring printers are stocked with paper and toner and reporting equipment issues promptly.
  • Notifying management of any concerns regarding HR, Safety, and Security work policies, specific work instructions, and quality system requirements.
  • Behaving, speaking, and treating others in a respectful manner while supporting workflow.
  • Participating in kaizen or improvement project teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
