Requirements
- Must be flexible with work schedule, including extended hours, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Attendance - TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months
- Variance - TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months
- Behavioral - No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months
- Probationary Status - TM must have passed or be within 75% Through probation during application/ selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role
- Availability - Must have full open availability
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Lead, Supervisor, Trainer or equivalent experience
- Background in theater preferred
- Superior leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information and answer questions in one on one and group situations
- Remain patient and stay calm under pressure
- Approachable to TMs and guests
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Support the Shows team in maintaining the venues, including work orders and vendor needs
- Assist with Labor Support and Scheduling needs, including coverage and proficiency
- Support training team as needed
- Assist with providing coaching/feedback to Show Support TMs
- Demonstrate excellence in Guest Service standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
