SEASONAL POSITION Join us at Sesame Place and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world. What you get to do: Greets and provides guests with information about Sesame Place's shows, parades and attractions Communicates safety policies to park guests. Opens and closes gates for shows based on guest occupancy and show time Ensures excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations, and needs Enthusiastically represents Sesame Place by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors, and our Guests Perform other duties as assigned. Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to climb stairs.
  • Must have strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be able to work with cleaning machines.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time (often in direct sunlight).
  • Must be able to work in inside and outdoor weather conditions (i.e., wet/humid conditions and sun).
  • Must be able to positively interact with park guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or languages, and individuals with special needs.
  • This is a seasonal role
  • The Sesame Place season runs from March 2026 through Labor Day 2026, with onboarding and all required training to be completed prior to the start of the season.
  • All ambassadors must have 5 days of unrestricted availability, to include both weekend days during the peak season.
  • You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minors (16-17 years old) - must have Saturday/Sunday unrestricted availability during the school year
  • Hours may vary & you may be scheduled up to 40 hours based on business need
