Seasonal Store Sales Associate, Levi's®, Norfolk Premium Outlets, Norfolk, VA
About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support during their busy holiday period. The role reports to the Store Manager and works with a dynamic store team. The ideal candidate is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods, assist with basic customer service including greeting and general assistance, help maintain store appearance through replenishment and recovery, assist with bagging customer purchases, and comply with all Levi's® Stores policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts (e.g. Black Friday)
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be 16 years old
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management
- Basic customer service including greeting, general assistance, etc.
- Help with maintaining store appearance following our stores’ visual presentation standards through replenishment and recovery and general housekeeping procedures
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register
- Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management
- Other tasks as needed
