Seasonal Store Sales Associate
About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support during their busy holiday period. This role involves supporting store productivity during peak, high-volume periods, providing basic customer service, assisting with maintaining store appearance through replenishment and recovery, and general housekeeping. The associate will also help with bagging customer purchases and complying with all Levi's® Stores policies and procedures. The position reports to the Store Manager and works with a dynamic store team. The ideal candidate is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts (e.g. Black Friday)
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be 16 years old
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management
- Provide basic customer service including greeting and general assistance
- Maintain store appearance following visual presentation standards through replenishment and recovery
- Perform general housekeeping procedures
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register
- Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs
- Follow directives of store management
- Perform other tasks as needed
