About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support during their busy holiday period. This role reports to the Store Manager and works with a dynamic store team. The ideal candidate is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position involves supporting store productivity during peak, high-volume periods, providing basic customer service, assisting with maintaining store appearance and visual presentation standards, replenishing and recovering merchandise, performing general housekeeping, and bagging customer purchases. The associate must comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management. Other tasks as needed will also be assigned.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts (e.g. Black Friday)
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation
• Have reliable transportation
• Must be 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management
• Provide basic customer service including greeting and general assistance
• Assist with maintaining store appearance following visual presentation standards through replenishment and recovery and general housekeeping procedures
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs
• Follow directives of store management
• Perform other tasks as needed
