About The Position

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Seasonal Store Planning Drafter to join their team. This role reports to the Director of Retail Production Planning and involves daily communication and cross-functional collaboration to ensure drafting projects and processes are executed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD with at least 2 years of experience in space planning/interior design.
• Experienced with both CAD and Revit.
• Must be able to read as-built prints.
• Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• High sense of urgency and accountability.
• Basic computer skills, outlook, excel, and word.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced, results environment.

Nice To Haves

• Retail and Store Planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use 3D fixture block drawings to create standard layouts for each unique store size, placing fixture parts together to create a completed store overview.
• Use AutoCAD to draw 2D drawings of retail spaces from operator site inspection drawings and photos or occasionally built drawings, and place pre-drawn fixtures into the space per plan.
• Plan the arrangement of displays within a retail space using established criteria and rules of priority.
• Learn the assembly of store displays to create display drawings.
• Assist with determining store sizes during season.
• Assist with display assembly at local store builds.
• Work occasional overtime as needed.
