Hickory Farms LLC•Amherst, NY
•$19 - $22•Onsite

About The Position

The Seasonal Store Manager, employed by Noor Staffing Group and representing Hickory Farms, leads the day-to-day operations and performance of one or more seasonal retail locations. The role is responsible for sales results, staffing, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and compliance with company and operational standards. The manager leads by example, develops a high-performing sales team, and helps deliver an exceptional Hickory Farms customer experience. The schedule is based on business needs. Following Thanksgiving, managers are expected to work at least 32 hours per week when sales volume supports the labor expense, with additional hours as needed for successful store operations. Managers must be available for any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be able to travel to the store on short notice to address operational needs. Local travel to other stores may occasionally be required. This is a seasonal role in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment, primarily within a mall. The work involves extended standing, frequent movement and customer interaction, and possible exposure to hot or cold temperatures during product restocking and freezer access. Pay is $19.00–$21.50 per hour. The seasonal position is not eligible for medical or other company-sponsored benefits unless required by law; seasonal team members receive a 30% discount on Hickory Farms products.
