About The Position

This is a Seasonal Stock Associate role located on site in the Ocoee, FL warehouse. The Stock Associate supports the sales floor by ensuring merchandise is organized, replenished, and readily available to meet customer needs. They play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving and processing shipments, and upholding visual and brand standards. Through efficient back-of-house operations and collaboration with the sales team, the Stock Associate helps create a seamless shopping experience that reflects the Kate Spade New York aesthetic and commitment to exceptional service.

Requirements

Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
