About The Position

Tailored Brands is seeking a dependable, motivated seasonal team member for e-commerce operations at the BVDC distribution center, supporting The Men’s Wearhouse, Joseph A. Bank, and Joseph Abboud Retail E-Commerce. The role processes and verifies distribution-center merchandise while supporting quality customer service and daily fulfillment operations in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Team A works Sunday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Overtime, additional days, and holiday work may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a production, distribution, or warehouse environment.
At least one year of processing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center.
At least one year of experience using warehouse technology, including RF scanners.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions and speak, read, and write English sufficiently to perform job functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner.
Good attendance and punctuality.
Good math and counting skills; must pass a basic math and reasoning assessment.
Ability to read labels and locations accurately.
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies, prioritize and multitask, and meet production quotas and rate-per-hour expectations.
Excellent attention to detail and a professional, positive attitude with a high level of customer service.
Dependability, teamwork, and flexibility to work increased hours, weekends, holidays, or as business needs require.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform the listed physical demands, including frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds or more.
Ability to use handling equipment and machinery necessary for production and packaging.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of warehouse management systems; Manhattan WMS is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Stock merchandise in designated picking and stocking locations by SKU, inspecting for damage and accuracy.
Pick inventory quickly and accurately to fill customer requisitions and orders.
Package customer orders, inspecting merchandise quality and auditing order accuracy.
Tag or re-tag merchandise as needed.
Perform inventory cycle counts as required.
Meet production standards set by management.
Give management immediate feedback about discrepancies.
Contribute to positive team spirit and support company goals and objectives.
Promote safe work practices and report maintenance or safety issues requiring corrective action.
Help maintain a clean and neat work environment.
Assist in other areas of the distribution center.
