About The Position

The Collier Companies is looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Turn Team Members! This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Athens, which offers a storied music history, incredible food culture, and botanical gardens. It is home to the University of Georgia and Georgia Museum of Art. Athens was ranked as one of the best places to visit in Georgia. At The Collier Companies, it's all about people. As a Seasonal Turn Team Member, you will be tasked with upholding various administrative, customer service, and curb appeal standards for incoming and departing residents during the Turnover Season from July to the end of August. Responsibilities

• Clerical duties, include filing, sorting, and assembling folders and new resident collateral as needed.
• Working alongside the maintenance teams.
• Assisting with customer service inquiries.
• Assisting with move-ins and move-outs.
• Cutting keys.
• Inspecting and trashing out units.
• Straightening and clean office area.
• Assisting service team with curb appeal.
