About The Position

This seasonal role involves accurately labeling, sorting, palletizing, and wrapping products for shipment, and safely loading them onto the correct carriers. The position requires continuous and repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 50lbs or more, and strict adherence to all safety policies, including the mandatory wearing of steel-toed boots. Communication with supervisors regarding discrepancies, damage, or order issues is also a key part of the role. This seasonal employment is expected to last through the facility’s peak season, with the possibility of ending earlier or extending slightly based on department workload and business needs. Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking
• Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
