Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pushes out trees of bacon according to average and lot number to designated Bacon Roller.
- Removes belly from tree aside to table.
- Removes combs from bellies and sets aside combs neatly onto rod of comb truck.
- Positions empty flats, stacks bellies in rows and prescribed asides flats.
- Asides empty trees to smokehouse alley.
- Cleans coolers and trims bellies as required.
- Keeps Bacon Rollers supplied with proper sized bacon and correctly and efficiently decombs and stacks bellies.
- Provides appropriate scaling, record keeping and inventory rotation.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
