About The Position

As a Seasonal Shipping Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, high-quality orders on time. You'll prepare shipments, verify order accuracy, maintain inventory organization, and support daily warehouse operations during peak season through Dec/Jan. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality while working in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping software, knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily production goals.
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, USPS shipping platforms, Shiprush, or similar software.
  • Experience with inventory counts.
  • Warehouse equipment experience, use of pallet jack and Walkie forklift.
  • Experience in printing, manufacturing, fulfillment, or custom product production.
  • Knowledge of barcode scanning and inventory control processes.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product quality before shipment.
  • Print shipping labels and process orders using shipping software and carrier platforms.
  • Package gift cards, collateral, and related materials to prevent damage during transit.
  • Coordinate shipments through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS using Shiprush software, and other freight providers as needed.
  • Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments, operate machinery such as pallet jack and Walkie forklift.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory documentation.
  • Restock shipping and inventory supplies and notify supervisors of inventory shortages.
  • Keep the warehouse, shipping stations, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist with inventory counts, receiving, and other warehouse or fulfillment tasks as assigned.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production, customer service, and operations teams to meet daily shipping deadlines.
