About The Position

If you would rather be outside than stuck behind a desk, this one is for you. Plunkett's Pest Control is hiring Seasonal Service Technicians to join our team through August. You will spend your days on the road, driving a company vehicle through your territory, treating properties, and checking traps. No two days look exactly the same and you are never chained to the same four walls. If you like working with your hands, take pride in doing a job right, and enjoy being out in the community, this is the kind of work that will fit you.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Someone who takes pride in their work and does not cut corners
• A self-starter who can manage their day and stay on task
• Strong people skills and a customer-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Driving your route and performing exterior and interior spray treatments
• Checking and servicing traps
• Delivering top-notch service to a mix of residential and commercial clients including restaurants, office buildings, food plants, and warehouses
• Working independently on your route while being backed by one of the top service teams in the upper Midwest.
