About The Position

Everest Solutions and Images Ltd. is a leading school photography company that captures milestone moments for students from kindergarten through graduation. They partner with schools and families to deliver high-quality photography, create a smooth Picture Day experience, and provide professional service. Everest recently expanded by acquiring Lifetouch Canada’s school photography business, combining experienced teams and trusted programs under the Everest brand. The company values quality, professionalism, and positive school partnerships. This role is based out of their Burnaby office, with travel to schools within the region required.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and passion for capturing meaningful student portraits and creating lasting memories.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a varied seasonal schedule, primarily Monday to Friday, with early mornings and occasional extended days as needed.
• Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and operate provided camera equipment, up to 40 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Prior photography experience is not required, as paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Capture confident smiles and milestone moments for students.
• Deliver high-quality school photography.
• Create a smooth, well-organized Picture Day experience.
• Provide professional service from start to finish.
• Travel to different schools and communities.
• Work with students of all ages (Pre-K through Grade 12).
• Operate provided camera equipment.
